Two sets of surveys were performed to evaluate customer and pharmacy staff satisfaction of the Medicine Return Pilot Program. The first set was performed soon after the start of the Pilot (Group Health Cooperative locations) and the second set was performed near the end of the Pilot (Group Health Cooperative and Bartell Drugs locations).
