Several pharmacies and law enforcement offices across the state offer medicine return programs.  Law enforcement offices can usually take all medicines, including controlled substances.  What is a controlled substance?  You can return medicines that are not controlled substances to any Group Health Pharmacy locations in Washington State, and select Bartell Drugs pharmacies around Puget Sound.
