Adjust user preferences, access, etc in site setup.
How to get to site setup (this is convoluted bc the setup tab was removed when webcollective made changes):
1. go to www.medicinereturn.com/manage
2. click on "Root folder" on the left panel
3. click on "kupu_library_tool"
4. select the "Libraries" tab
